Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC has been awarded the Reconstruction of Dart Hill Road project located in South Windsor CT. This project consists of the full depth road reconstruction of 5900 LF of roadway. This project began in the summer of 2025 and will be completed in the Spring of 2026.
