Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC has been awarded the Sanitary and Storm Utility Improvements located on Briarcliff Drive, Sherwin Lane and Sutton Drive in Windsor Locks CT. This project includes the complete replacement of Sanitary Sewer Main and Drainage improvements of these 3 streets. This project began in spring of 2025 and was completed in the Fall of 2025.
