Spazzarini Construction Co. LLC specializes in small and large scale demolition projects in Connecticut. While much of our demolition work is included on our construction projects, we do offer the ability meet your demolition needs.

Our Services include:

  • Obtaining and Filing the Demolition Permit
  • Manage Utility disconnections
  • Complete Demolition of structures / site features
  • Disposal of all demolition materials
  • Backfill of Excavations / Site Restoration (if necessary)
