Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC was awarded the $ 5,278,865.33 general contract for the Intersection Improvements at Routes 6 & 44 and New State Road and Middle Turnpike West in Manchester CT. This project included full depth reconstruction of 7500 linear feet of Roadway, drainage, pedestrian improvements while dealing with challenging traffic constraints. Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC. was awarded the 2012 Arthur W. Gruhn Excellence in Construction Award for Challenging Projects by the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
