Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC has been awarded the Reconstruction of Abbe Road – Phase 1 project located in South Windsor CT. This project consists of the full depth road reconstruction of 1375 LF of roadway. This project will begin in the spring of 2026 and will be completed in the Summer of 2026.
