Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC was awarded the $ 1,978,847.15 general contract for the reconstruction of Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave) at Jerome Ave, Turkey Hill Road, and Gabb Road in the spring of 2012. This project includes the realignment of the intersection of Route 189, Turkey Hill Road, and Gabb Road as well as full depth roadway reconstruction of 1000 linear feet of roadway, roadway widening, the installation of drainage and utility systems, and a new traffic signal system. This project was awarded by the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
