Safety is at the upmost concern on all Spazzarini Construction run projects, we have enacted many procedures for our employees and as well as the public to ensure a safe environment around our construction activities..

We designate project safety managers on all jobs whom hold weekly tool box talks to discuss potential incidents and retain proper paperwork on every project such as MSDS & JHA’s.

All employees are required to take a pre-employment drug screening and are required to pass their OSHA 10 certification class. Employees are also supplied with personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Safety Vests, and Gloves.

We also have two employees with their OSHA 40 Hazwoper Certification which allows our company to work in and around hazardous materials and conditions.

Spazzarini Construction owns the latest technology in air monitoring for confined space entry as well as dust monitoring equipment.

Spazzarini Construction well versed with the use of JHA’s (Job Hazard Analysis’) as required for our projects. Our employees are required to read and understand the plans for their daily task and sign the document to ensure proper safety initiatives are taken throughout the workday.

Spazzarini Construction has safety teams established for its employees. The teams are set up so employees can watch and care for the other members on their team. Quarterly bonuses are given out for teams who have no lost work days and a party is given for 4 consecutive quarters of no lost work days.
