Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC moved into a new state of the art facility in June 2009.  This facility combines both the office and the maintenance shop of our company allowing for better flow of information.

The new office is significantly larger than our previous office allowing for a large conference room with cutting edge presentation equipment.

The maintenance shop in the new facility has been expanded to include more floor space to aid in the repair of equipment and the better organization of supplies.

Our new facility is also environmentally friendly featuring automatic lights and a heating system that runs on recycled oil.
