Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC can install any type of storm drainage system that is required on a project. Ranging from small scale underdrain systems to large precast culverts, there isn’t a drainage system that’s too challenging for us.
Water & Sewer Mains and Services
Water & Sewer Mains and Service lines are a specialty for Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC. With experienced operators and laborers in our workforce, we excel with speed and precision. Multiple employees hold P-6 and P-7 Licenses which enhance our flexibility and allow our company to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Septic Systems:
Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC can install septic systems of various sizes from individual home services to large scale sophisticated septic fields.
In 2018, Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC was contracted to install one of the largest underground sewage disposal systems in the state of Connecticut for Johnson Memorial Hospital, in Stafford Springs Connecticut. This new septic system allows the hospital to process and completely dispose of all septic matter onsite in an environmentally friendly manner.
This project included hauling and placing over 80,000 tons of septic sand supplied by Powder Hill Sand and Gravel, 1,680 Cultec Chambers, 13,000 LF of schedule 40 dosing pipe, and precast tanks varying from 5,000 Gallons to 15,000 Gallons.
The septic effluent is moved into the system by 2 Precast Pump Chambers designed and built by Oldcastle Precast and G.A. Fleet and Associates. There are also 3 Valve Chambers cast and supplied by United Concrete that house mechanical valves and piping to monitor flow into the field. The valves supplied by CR-TEC divert flow to different areas of the septic field automatically.
