Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC was awarded the site work subcontract for the new Brodie Hall Dormatory Facility located at Suffield Academy, in Suffield CT. We are working with the general contractor, FIP Construction. This subcontract includes the installation of site utilities, site drainage, foundation excavation & backfill, concrete flatwork and asphalt driveways.
