Spazzarini Construction Co., LLC. was awarded the $ 410,468.00 site contract for the new Longhorns Steakhouse in Enfield, CT. We are currently working with the management company,Benderson Development Co. LLC. This project includes all underground utilities around the new building, and a new retaining wall to increase the property’s parking lot size.
