East Longmeadow Senior Living Center, East Longmeadow MA.

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc was awarded the $ 1,086,550.00 site contract for the new East Longmeadow Senior Living Center in East Longmeadow MA. Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc is working with the General Contractor, Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty Company and the Construction Manager KBE Building Corporation. This 10.28 acre project will be completed in the summer of 2013.

Cumberland Farms, Vernon CT

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc. was awarded the $505,000.00 site contract for the new Cumberland Farms in Vernon CT. This 1.30 acre project includes all site preparation, excavation, drainage and utilities, a modular block retaining wall, and the paving of parking lots. Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc is working with, D.F. Prey General Contractors to complete this project in the Summer of 2013.

Project 132-127: The Reconstruction of Kelly Road, South Windsor CT

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc was awarded the $ 1,965,898.90 general contract for the Reconstruction of Kelly Road in South Windsor Connecticut in the spring of 2012. This project includes the full reconstruction of 3,800 linear feet of roadway, new drainage and utility lines, and upgraded pedestrian walkways. This project was awarded by the Town of South Windsor, CT.

Project 88-174: The Reconstruction of Beaver Street, New Britain CT.

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc was awarded the $ 1,925,697.35 general contract for the Beaver Street Reconstruction in New Britain Connecticut in the spring of 2012. This project includes the full depth road reconstruction of 2200 linear feet of roadway, new drainage systems, textured concrete, pedestrian walkways, and granite curbing. This project was awarded by the City of New Britain, CT.

CONNDOT Project 11-151: The Reconstruction of Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave) at Jerome Ave, Turkey Hill Road, and Gabb Road, Bloomfield CT.

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc was awarded the $ 1,978,847.15 general contract for the reconstruction of Route 189 (Bloomfield Ave) at Jerome Ave, Turkey Hill Road, and Gabb Road in the spring of 2012. This project includes the realignment of the intersection of Route 189, Turkey Hill Road, and Gabb Road as well as full depth roadway reconstruction of 1000 linear feet of roadway, roadway widening, the installation of drainage and utility systems, and a new traffic signal system. This project was awarded by the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

Stafford Road (Route 30) Sanitary Sewer Extension, Ellington CT

Spazzarini Construction Co. Inc was awarded the $ 248,000.00 general contract for the Stafford Road (Route 30) Sanitary Sewer Extension in the fall of 2012. This project includes the installation of 2500 linear feet of forced sewer main, installation of manholes, and roadway patching. This project was awarded by the Town of Ellington, CT.
